hey everyone, I'm thundastrukk, can call me Thunda or TK w/e. I play a lot in u34, we have a pretty good forum in there, so i could offer good ways to organize it. msg me if interested = )
and yes it is pretty weird having most recents posts at the top....

okay i flipped the forums around so that nobody is freaked out by the newest posts on top. if you have any more suggestions, float them my way and i'll tackle them when i can.

What's the best way to invite other players to join our alliance?

Hey no problem, the more the merrier indeed. The best way to invite other users to become a part of the alliance is to pick someone you think would fit in well and send them a message explaining what our alliance is about, and kindly ask them to consider joining. The next part is up to them, as they must submit an application to join the alliance. I typically like to send buddy requests alongside these messages since if they do join I would send them a buddy request anyway.
